Three of Barleywoods finest barrels of cider from the 2019 pressings, all containing natural residual sweetness, were blended into a Speyside whiskey cask, over time the rich bittersweet apples infused with the spicy, dried fruit and vanilla notes of the barrel, resulting in a beautifully smooth and balanced cider. Perfect to enjoy in front of the fire on a cold evening or after a hearty meal.
Pressed on a traditional manual rack and cloth press in the wooden roundhouse at Barleywood walled garden. This cider has been fermented with wild yeast, unfiltered, and no sulphites were used in production.
