A blend of Russet, Red Devil, Bramley & Michelin. Fully fermented with wild yeast. Carefully blended. Primed to 1005sg with yeast and sugar. Refermented. Gently riddled and hand disgorged. Topped up with a 7 month matured sweet chestnut barrel blend.
