Craobh Làn (pronounced kind of like "croove lahn") means Full Tree in Gaelic.
This cider was fermented from not only the juice but also the apple pulp left after pressing. Left with just the natural wild yeast until late December the cider was then moved into a fresh barrel along with apple wood from the winter orchard pruning. Allowed to mature for another 4 months before seeing the light of day and bottled pét-nat, this is something very special indeed. An orchard in a glass.

Unfiltered and unpasteurised with no sulphites added, gluten free and suitable for vegans.
