Dave was born out of a long-term collaboration between 'Green Shed Cider' and 'Crazy Dave's Cider'
Dave is a blend of West Berkshire apples and classic Herefordshire Ashton Bitter Cider apples. The tannins in the Herefordshire Cider apples complement the natural acidity in the West Berkshire culinary apples, creating a unique blend.
