Introducing a Red Devil Single variety cider. As with all Naptons ciders, this is slowly fermented at ambient temperatures with wild yeast and natural sugars. After a malolactic fermentation and a careful re-rack, this as lovely as it was the first time they released it 3 years ago.
Aptly named after the Red Devil Parachute display team, these cider apples create some amazing flavours. When pressed, the juice holds a lovely pink colour; the pink gradually dissipated with the maturation and they decided not to interfere with the course of nature. The end result was a bright and clear wine-style cider, similar to a rosé in taste.
On the nose, this has a floral and fruity finish. To taste there are hints of strawberry and a lovely crisp apple finish
