Royal county II is Pang Valley Cider's second Royal release. Made entirely from dessert apple varieties including Cox, Spartan, Russet and Jonagold from the 2019 season.
Pressed in the Autumn and slowly fermented over winter using a combination of both wild and specific wine yeast strains to create an easy drinking cider with character.
This cider is light and refreshing and will compliment any meal magnificently.
