ABJ is one of Ross's favourite apples; a bittersweet variety that grows slowly but produces a truly delightful Cider. Pressed when ripe in 2015, and then fermented in an oak barrel before being left to mature. As the years passed the flavour has evolved, developing caramel notes that blend seamlessly with the savory, nettle-like notes of the ABJ. A Journey to the past.
