A favourite apple of Ross's: a soft bittersweet which fruits early in the season. It has a gentle flavour, characterised by a fruity middle and enjoyable light tannins. Ross fermented half of this batch in an American oak barrel and half in a neutral container. The oak gives the cider a further dimension, leaving something truly delicious. The cider is smooth and light with some vanilla and butter blending in with the redness of SRS. One for drinkng in the bath - or paddling pool, depending.
