Sprywood Cross - Vintage Bottle Fermented

Sprywood Cross cider is made with traditional west country apple varieties from their orchards in the Torridge valley, Devon. Produced in small batches, the cider is crafted using the labour-intensive méthode champenoise (the Champagne method), and allowed to mature for five years or more. This is a naturally sparkling dry ‘champagne’ cider with a crisp, clean finish. An ideal accompaniment to seafood dishes or strong cheeses such as Cheddar.

Won Gold (bottle-fermented cider class) in the 2017 British Cider Championships.
