Clodgy is made in a traditional style but using modern equipment, resulting in a subtle taste and an easily drinkable finish. Blending back with straight juice smooths out the harshness of a fully dry cider and leaves a crisp apple flavour. Clodgy is a still, unfiltered farmhouse cider.
Clodgy is named after Clodgy Point which is at the west end of Porthmeor Beach in St Ives.
