Stoke Red is an apple of exceptional qualities, which makes a fine single variety cider. The fruit for this cider came from an old orchard in Abbotts's Leigh, Somerset, and fermented extremely slowly to yield a naturally sweet cider. Acid and tannin are delicately poised to balance the sweetness. Drink with apple crumble or fresh cheeses. All Wilding fruit is hand picked from unsprayed, unfertilised traditional orchards. No additives.
