A blend of three excellent cider apples, with roughly a third of each. Porter's Perfection is bitter-sharp and brings quality acidity to the blend. Yarlington provides most of the tannin and body, and Sweet Coppin the light fresh aromatics. The three combine to make a light, very easy drinking, off dry cider.
